MAKE MY DAY “DAY OF” PACKAGE

You have spent countless hours planning your big day and now it’s time for you both to enjoy it! This service begins one month prior to your wedding day.

• Initial consultation to envision your wedding day plans.
• Unlimited phone and email contact five weeks prior to your wedding date.
• Unlimited venue and vendor referrals and etiquette advice.
• Advice and guidance for ceremony protocol.
• Create and maintain a “Day Of” timeline.
• Walkthrough of reception and ceremony site to discuss layout.
• Manage any pending details with vendors.
• Collect all personal items and gifts for safekeeping.
• Guest Concierge; point of contact for all guest inquiries.

• Orchestrate wedding rehearsal.


 

INCLUDES:


 

• On-site management for up to 10 hours on the “Day Of”.
• A caring professional by your side on your wedding day.
• On-site assistant for “Day Of”.
• Coordinate and cue officiant, DJ/Band, and bridal party for ceremony  and reception.
• Transfer ceremony items to the reception site.
• Supervise and assist with all setup and décor.
• Placement of personal items provided by the client (programs, favors, menus, escort cards, etc.) 

PRICE 

$1,750+

 

For a wedding with 200+ guests, we require a second assistant for an additional $250.
(vendor communication begins 5 weeks prior to the wedding date)
